The webinar features distinguished panelists to discuss the voluminous decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on the judicial challenges to the Federal Communications Commission’s latest set of rules on “net neutrality.” What did the court’s majority decision hold? What were the views of the dissenting judge? What are the next steps? Will there be an en banc review at the appeals court level? Will there be an appeal to the Supreme Court? And what are the prospects for Congressional legislation on “net neutrality”?
