On October 7 , 2015 the Digital Policy Institute at Ball State University hosted a webinar entitled, “The Internet Neutrality Court Appeal: Analyzing the Arguments.”
Moderated by Digital Policy Institute senior fellow Barry Umansky, this webinar will dive into the issues on appeal, the FCC’s arguments in defense of them and the legal challenges made by the Petitioners. Our legal, regulatory and policy experts will offer their insights on the merits of the arguments from both sides of the issue.
